Delivery & Returns
We anticipate that orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed, with a 1-2 day delivery time. However occasionally due to circumstances outside of our control caused by seasonality of the products there may be a short delay in your order being sent out. Please contact us on [email protected] if you require an additional update on your order.
Delivery will be made to the address specified when the order is placed and must be a UK mainland address only.
Our main delivery partner is DPD, who will deliver parcels Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We cannot wholly guarantee delivery times and dates as these may be due to circumstances outside of our control. Once your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive advanced notification of the date of the delivery, and a second notification on the morning of the delivery advising of an hour delivery slot. Should this time not be suitable, DPD will automatically offer you the option to change the delivery date or give specific delivery instructions. Alternatively you can rearrange delivery to your nearest DPD Pick up Shop (max 20kg parcel limit)
If we are unable to deliver the order to the requested delivery address, a card will be left by the delivery company. After 5 working days, the goods will be returned to our warehouse, and we will make contact to re-arrange delivery. Unfortunately, in these circumstances, we may have to charge you a further delivery fee. Should your order need to be re-delivered either to the main address or alternatively to a new address then additional delivery charges will apply.
In the event of your parcel being damaged in transit, it must be signed for as damaged on delivery with your DPD courier.
Orders over 100kg will be dispatched on a pallet on a 3-5 day economy delivery and will be delivered with tail lift and manual pallet truck. If you have specific delivery requirements please contact us to arrange on 0117 244 0032 – additional charges may apply.

No returns are available unless the product is faulty, in which case please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item for a replacement stating your order number and photos of the item concerned.
