Delivery & Returns
We anticipate that orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed, with a 1-2 day delivery time. Orders over 100kg will be dispatched on a pallet on a 3-5 day economy delivery. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, and unprecedented demand orders are taking a little longer to despatch, please bear with us your order will be despatched as soon as possible.
Delivery will be made to the address specified when the order is placed and must be a UK mainland address only. If you require delivery to Highlands and Islands and Eire, please contact the office to place your order.
If we are unable to deliver the order to the requested delivery address, a card will be left by the delivery company. After 5 working days, the goods will be returned to our warehouse, and we will make contact to re-arrange delivery. Unfortunately, in these circumstances, we may have to charge you a further delivery fee.
In the event of your parcel being damaged in transit, it must be signed for as damaged on delivery with your DPD courier. If you have specific delivery requirements please contact us to arrange on 0117 244 0032 – additional charges may apply.
Deliveries will generally be fulfilled by DPD and will be made between 7 am & 6 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). However, we cannot wholly guarantee delivery times and dates as these may be due to circumstances outside of our control.
No returns are available unless the product is faulty, in which case please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item for a replacement stating your order number and photos of the item concerned.
