Interview with Craig Sams - Financial Times

15 February 2010: Craig Sams, founder of Carbon Gold, features in the Financial Times Business diary.

Craig Sams is co-founder of Whole Earth Foods and Green & Black’s, the organic chocolate-maker that was sold to Cadbury in 2005. In 2008, Craig co-founded Carbon Gold, a company that produces biochar products for use in home gardens and commercial growing settings, which absorbs CO2. He was born in Nebraska in the US and lives in Hastings, in the south of England.
